Possible Cause
Video cable is of poor quality or is not properly connected.
TV standard of TV does not match TV standard set on decoder.
Default TV standard on the decoder is PAL.

Solution
Replace and reconnect the video cable.
Use TV remote control to change TV standard of the TV to AUTO.

Possible Cause
The decoder is powered off

Solution
Verify that the power cable is properly connected and the power switch on the rear panel is turned on.
Verify that power socket or the extension cord works properly and that socket is not blocked.

Possible Cause
Decoder remote control is far away from the decoder, or the decoder remote control is not aimed at the decoder.
Batteries of decoder remote control must be replaced.

Solution
Move remote control to within workable distance, and aim the remote control at the decoder.
Replace the batteries.

Possible Cause
Switch TV & decoder to audio mode.
Increase the volume.

Solution
Check network connection and see Connecting Cables.

Possible Cause
The audio cable is not properly connected. TV / decoder is in mute mode or volume is extremely low.

Solution
Verify audio cable is properly connected. Switch TV & decoder to audio mode. Increase the volume.

Possible Cause
The Antenna Signal is weak. Or Antenna Cable is unplugged.

Solution
Check whether the Antenna is connected well, or re-position the Antenna. Or restart the STB.

Possible Cause
The video cable is not properly connected.
The decoder is powered off.
TV is turned off or in standby mode, or TV signal input mode is incorrect.

Solution
Verify that video cable are properly connected, and see Connecting Cables.
Verify decoder is powered on. When decoder power is on, LED light is green color.
Verify the TV is turned on and signal input mode is correct.
